Operates as project manager for print and web based solutions, while successfully prioritizing projects to meet deadlines and objectives. Delegates work direction and allocates specific tasks to interns, along with being a mentor. Creates and prepares inventive ideas for merchandise and marketing materials (i.e., sticker, products, t-shirts, flyers, signage) for wholesale stores to increase sales and maximize brand exposure. Organizes and directs photoshoots for products, food, and advertising materials with posed models; modeled for new products. Responsible for executing pre and post production imaging. Oversight for maintaining and using multiple plotters for all in house printing. This includes properly creating the print file, sending it to the printer, cutting the materials to size, and preparing them for distribution. Complete ownership of communicating directly with global manufactures about new product styles, packaging, printing, and products templates. Establishes relationships with local and international printing services for quotes on miscellaneous print projects (i.e., vehicle wraps, awnings, assorted variety of branded clothing such as hats, t-shirts, beach towels, scratch- and pull-to-win promotional products, business cards). Develops relationship with wholesale suppliers, responsible for constructing a list of needed supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure backstock supplies are never depleted. Revitalize food menus, interior signage, and tabletops. Develops and devises social media content for three businesses.
